If you are not completely satisfied with your Ziply Fiber service, contact Ziply Fiber to request disconnect of eligible service within 30-days from the time of installation. Refund is limited to one credit per household. All equipment associated with the cancelled service must be returned within 30 days of cancellation. Refund to customer will be made within 60-days of cancellation in the form of a debit card mailed to customer’s address on-file.
