The movies and shows you purchased while with Frontier were not part of the transition, so we literally bought them all over again. While we aren't sure if you are going to re-watch a movie you bought, it is important to us that you can.

Fiber TV is not the place to purchase videos. If you ever move out of our coverage area (and we hope you never do), you'll lose access to your videos. We think you're better off purchasing videos from a streaming provider, so you can take them with you. Yes. Several streaming providers offer Live TV, with a few including local TV stations. Some of the popular subscription providers include DIRECTV Stream, Hulu + Live TV, and YouTube TV.

Yes. Live streaming services like DIRECTV Stream, Hulu+Live TV and YouTube TV work with most of your existing devices like smartphones, tablets, computers, and streaming devices.

It depends more on the connections your TV has versus its age. If you have an available HDMI port, a streaming device should work.

No. Smart TV is itself a streaming device. The TV comes with a set of entertainment apps preloaded and the ability to download more directly to your Smart TV.

It depends. If you have multiple TVs in your home but you only watch one at a time, you can simply move your device from one TV to another. All of your current device and account settings will stay intact. However, if you want to watch entertainment on more than one TV at the same time, then you will need a separate device for each TV.

You are welcome to use whichever device best suits your needs (Roku, Chromecast, Apple TV, Fire TV, etc). All will work on top of the fast, reliable internet service Ziply Fiber provides.

 

Sorry, you cannot use a home DVR to record streaming videos. However, several subscription services do offer a cloud DVR to record movies & TV shows including DIRECTV Stream, YouTubeTV, and Hulu Live+.
