A winter storm knocked out power to more than 300,000 homes and businesses across Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Montana in the early hours of Wednesday, Jan 13. Ziply technicians have been deployed and are working with local power companies to restore service as quickly as possible. As power is restored, Ziply services will be come back online. Customers are advised to monitor updates from local power companies, not Ziply, for the latest timeline on service restoration.
Note – If your service is not working a few minutes after power is restored, some customers may need to ‘power-cycle’ the router to restore Internet service. Simply unplug the router, wait 60 seconds, and plug back in to re-establish your Internet connection.
