The companies that make and distribute shows and movies now have terrific apps and websites that let you watch their entire library of content, plus extra material available directly through them, all on the go!

We are excited to announce we brought back KIRO-TV (CBS) to Ziply Fiber customers in Washington.  This was one of the most asked questions from TV customers.  You’ll now get CBS along with local news and sports—including the Seahawks. Enjoy!

Unfortunately, HBO is not adding Ziply Fiber as an approved provider in the drop-down list in HBO GO as they transition to HBO Max and sunset HBO Go. We went to great lengths to get this done so that you can continue to have access to the content. HBO has not offered up a timeline on when our customers will have access to HBO Max as the replacement. We are continuing to follow up and escalate in the hope that they'll reconsider their decision. If getting to your content while on the go is important to you before HBO adds Ziply Fiber to HBO Max, you should explore subscribing to HBO NOW (and canceling your unbundled HBO subscription through us so you aren’t paying for the content twice). If you decide to subscribe to HBO NOW and still want to enjoy HBO on your TV, let us know and we can help you get set-up with a Roku device.

Unfortunately, due to the suspension of play in pro sports related to the Covid-19 pandemic some sports packages have been effected.

We’ll bring the sports packages as soon as they’re back in season and on-air for us to carry.

Check out your monthly Channel Guide to view the complete list of available channels. Click here for more information.

Ziply Fiber is not offering a TV app.  After extensive investigation, we have determined you can enjoy better content and have a better experience by using the apps provided by our network partners.

We realize some of you may have used the Frontier.TV app to remotely manage your in-home DVR and we sincerely apologize that function is no longer available.

Pay-Per-View is still available to catch great on-demand entertainment, the latest concerts, and shows.

Unfortunately, due to the suspension of play in pro sports related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the following channels are affected and not available:

  • NBA League Pass
  • MLS Direct Kick
  • NHL Center Ice
  • MLB Extra Innings

Also, in case you didn't know, sports content is available via streaming apps for all your sports entertainment.  We recommend you check those out.   https://get.ziplyfiber.com/streamingtv

Yes, they are available.

The movies and shows you purchased while with Frontier were not part of the transition, so we literally bought them all over again.  While we aren't sure if you are going to re-watch a movie you bought, it is important to us that you can.

We are currently downloading all the movies and titles we bought.  It's a slow process that only allows us to add them at about 50 titles a day.  It will take a while until everything is available, but rest assured it is our goal to ensure you have continued access to the content you purchased.  To do that, we went out and purchased them right away.

We are loading movies in priority order based on purchase history.  If you want to watch something that is not yet in your purchase library, let us know and we will see what we can do to change the order in which we download.

We are working on a prioritized list to include target date for availability.  A link to the list will be available on this page so please check back.

Yes, but the name has changed to Fiber TV.

Frankly, we think you're better off purchasing videos from Amazon or Google in the future because you can take them with you.

Here’s what’s happening.

  • We know search is one of THE most important features for finding the content you love. We are actively working with partners to ensure you see the most relevant results and get to your shows as quickly as possible.

What's next?

  • We are working to provide new search functionality as quickly as possible. The first phase will focus on TV content, the second on Video-on-Demand content. We will provide status updates here on this site as we make progress.

Fiber TV is not the place to purchase videos.  If you ever move out of our coverage area (and we hope you never do), you'll lose access to your videos  We think you're better off purchasing videos from Amazon or Google in the future because you can take them with you.  Also, there’re plenty of great streaming TV services offering on-the-go access to a wide range of entertainment. In our review, we realized many Help videos were a step or two behind recent technology changes (and that can happen as technology is changing so fast).  We’ve removed outdated “how to videos” for the moment, while we work to create more helpful, newer versions.

The Fiber TV On-Demand library is still available and will be growing as we build out our library with the latest releases, featured movies, TV shows, and programs for kids—available any time you want.  While we 'll continue to feature episodes of your favorite programming, we get only the next new shows.  This means that our On-Demand library will start with the most recent episodes and will continue to grow over time.

When we reviewed widget popularity, we were not surprised to see how many you love. While we're retiring those that did not meet your expectations, popular favorites including Pandora, Weather Bug, Horoscopes, YouTube, Netflix, and Music Choice will not see any changes.

The purpose of the streaming device is to let you watch movies and shows on your TV that you normally would only be able to access on your computer or mobile device. For access to newer movies, tv shows, and sports, many providers require a paid subscription like Netflix and Hulu. You can also watch on-demand movies & TV free on some ad-supported providers like Tubi TV and IMDB TV.

We're making the difficult decision to retire the widgets that have limited usage. Some widgets that are being retired include The Home Shopping Network, Halloween, and Santa Tracker.

Yes. Several streaming providers offer Live TV, with a few including local TV stations. Some of the popular subscription providers include Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, and AT&T TV.

Yes. Live streaming services like Hulu+Live TV and YouTube TV work with most of your existing devices like smartphones, tablets, computers, and streaming devices.

It depends more on the connections your TV has versus its age. If you have an available HDMI port, a streaming device should work.

No. Smart TV is itself a streaming device. The TV comes with a set of entertainment apps preloaded and the ability to download more directly to your Smart TV.

It depends. If you have multiple TVs in your home but you only watch one at a time, you can simply move your device from one TV to another. All of your current device and account settings will stay intact. However, if you want to watch entertainment on more than one TV at the same time, then you will need a separate device for each TV.

You are welcome to use whichever device best suits your needs (Roku, Chromecast, Apple TV, Fire TV, etc). All will work on top of the fast, reliable internet service Ziply Fiber provides.

If you do not have a device, Ziply Fiber offers the Roku Streaming Stick+ with 1080 HD and 4K streaming quality.

Sorry, you cannot use a home DVR to record streaming videos. However, several subscription services do offer a cloud DVR to record movies & TV shows including YouTubeTV, Hulu Live+, and AT&T TV.
