To view your service changes and tickets for service support, log in to My Account.

  1. Select Account.
  2. Scroll down to Order And Service Ticket History.
  3. Select VIEW ORDERS AND SERVICE TICKETS.

Order Numbers: Anytime you place an order that changes your Ziply Fiber service, we send you a confirmation email where you can also find the order number associated with the change.
