Ziply Fiber acquires OTC Connections network and customer base in Cove
Kirkland, Wash. (July 12, 2022) – Ziply® Fiber announced today that its ultra-high-speed, 100-percent fiber-optic network is now ready for service in Cove, Oregon, enabling its popular “Gig-speed” service and its industry leading 5-gig and 2-gig residential services. Ziply Fiber will begin taking customer orders for new fiber services starting July 15 and will begin scheduling installations throughout the city over the coming weeks.
Part of the company’s growth in Cove includes the acquisition of the existing OTC Connections network and approximately 50 current OTC Connections customers in the city. The companies began notifying customers in Cove about the change in service providers this week and customers will begin migrating to the Ziply Fiber network later this month.
